At Fairtex Thailand, we stand by the quality of our combat sports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center in Bangkok.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
